I'm a movement specialist, Pilates and yoga teacher, mobility coach and functional strength trainer that is dedicated to helping you find your optimal health and wellness by sharing the restorative and resilience building benefits of movement, breathwork, and functional body mechanics.

Education
I blend an in depth knowledge of human anatomy and kinesiology with innovative exercise and manual therapy approaches. I understand the body and movement not just though education, but also through my experience as an athlete and my own rehabilitation processes. I am not satisfied by a surface answer, but by finding the why underneath. I appreciate functional things, problem solving, making things better, and doing hard work for effective long-lasting changes. I enjoy working with clients to discover the root of problems, formulate and test out accessible solutions, and help you find greater ease and strength in your life.

Empowerment
Our human bodies and minds are intricately amazing. I guide clients to be a scientist of the body and mind, noticing and making changes for a stronger, healthier, more vibrant life. Small shifts can make enormous differences. Bringing light to our patterns (Awareness) is the first step to making these shifts.​ I am here to provide the knowledge, support, and guidance so you can accomplish your goals to better health, strength and balance.

Expression
Movement is life. Life is expression. When we move we express, we create. Even in stillness there is movement. In the breath, in the cells. We are born with patterns of movement - from our breath to stabilizing the body for rolling over to crawling to walking. We have neuromuscular (brain to muscle) patterns that inform movement. Sometimes these patterns become not so functional. When we slow down and mindfully move, we create and train a new way of being. By working with these patterns we can decrease pain, increase mobility, and create life long healthy patterns that create the stability that we need to express our hearts, minds and live our potential.
